MISSFIT Sportswear Refund and Exchange Policy

Please read the following conditions before filling out the attached Refund and Exchange Form.

At MISSFIT Sportswear we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of service.  Selecting the right style and size online can sometimes be difficult.  We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to MISSFIT Sportswear and we will provide with an exchange or refund within the following guidelines.

This policy applies to all purchases made from MISSFIT Sportswear online.


Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days as of date of purchase and must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Tax Receipt/Invoice or Despatch Confirmation
  • Original Tags and Labels are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is unworn, unused and as sold.


  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn and washed, or were purchased on sale.
  • MISSFIT Sportswear is not responsible for the freight costs in return the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case MISSFIT Sportswear will cover any postage costs.  Please call Kate Beeley on 0438614619 or email prior to sending goods back.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to original card.
  • Items for return should be kept in a smoke free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
  • If you have changed your mind about your purchase, MISSFIT Sportswear will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
  • product is returned within 7 days as of purchased date
  • you have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase and;
  • the product is in resaleable condition, original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging, item is unworn, unused and as sold.

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, MISSFIT Sportswear will be gladly to refund or exchange and provide refund on postage.  All faulty items must be returned with 5 days as of purchase date.


MISSFIT Sportswear does not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items.  Please choose carefully as sale stock is limited, subject to availability until sold out.


MISSFIT Sportswear is unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item or the item is unusable due to a defect.  All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.  In the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear at anytime unless the item is faulty.  In this case please call Kate Beeley 0438614619 or email prior to sending goods back.

The MISSFIT Sportswear office will be attended Monday-Friday during the business hours of 9am and 5pm.

Order transactions will only be processed during these business hours. Stock availability is current as at 5pm daily during week days. We endeavour to make every effort to keep stock availability current during the evening and over the weekends. Stock can sell out before we are able to update the website. We apologise for any convenience this may cause.
